日本の皆さん、2000年６月23日、コソヴォ自治州プリシュティナ大学病院眼科にレーザー機器が到着しました。
この日は眼科センターのスタッフだけではなく、レーザーを長い間待ち望んでいた多くの患者にとって素晴らしいものでした。
この高価なレーザーは今まで不可能であった多くの目の病気の治療を行うために非常に役立ちます。
日本の方々がコソボの医療活動の困難さを理解し、ネジールプロジェクトのもとでこの貴重な機器を提供していただいたことに大変満足しております。
プリシュティナ大学病院眼科クリニックのスタッフと患者を代表し、日本の方々、特に、寛大にもレーザー機器を寄贈していただいた松本よしお様（松本グローバルメディカル、金沢）、金沢大学医学部付属病院の川崎和夫先生、ドクター方、その他医療スタッフ、関係者の方々、そして最初からネジールプロジェクトを支えて下さいました日本アルバニア協会（片山直樹氏）そして岡山のアジア医師連絡協議会に心から感謝をいたします。

People of Japan,
I have a special privilege to inform that Laser machine arrived in Kosova, Eye Clinic Prishtina, at 23 06 2000.
It was a great day not only for medical staff concerned in Eye Clinic-University Clinical Center, Prishtina, but also for many patients of Kosova, who are waiting so long time for treatment by laser Photocoagulator.
This Laser Photocoagulator which is very expensive, is extremely useful for treatment of many eye diseases which we were not able to treat until now.
I am very satisfied that Japanese people truly understand our difficulties in the field of medical services and assisted us with so important equipment under the Nezir Project Foundation.
In my name, name of my colleges and all people concerned in University Clinical Center in Prishtina, we are very thankful to people of Japan, particularly to Mr.Yoshio Matsumoto (president of Matsumoto Global Medical in Kanazawa), who were so generous with his donation, to Professor Kazuo Kawasaki, doctors, medical staff and all people related in Kanazawa University Hospital, whom from the beginning assisted Nezir Project, to Japan-Albania Association (Mr.Naoki Katayama) and ＡＭＤＡ association in Okayama.
